STEM MAD Program
As part of the STEM MAD program Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools run a competition for students to design the promotional poster. MACS received a high volume of entries. Our very own Abhinoor in Year 6 was announced the overall winner from the Judges from the Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Marketing and Communications Department. This is a huge achievement and his work will be used by MACS, particularly to promote STEM. We are so proud of Abhinoor and his amazing efforts in design and arts. The winners can be viewed here.

Hoop Time
St John XXIII Senior School students participate in the Hoop Time basketball tournament. Hoop Time brings together school students from across Victoria for single-day round robin tournaments held at local basketball stadiums.
The program offers students the opportunity to play in a fun competition with qualified referees. The program culminates at the end of each year with Regional Finals and a State Grand Final day.
Hoop Time Success for St John XXIII
Congratulations to the girls team who were declared equal tournament winners in the 2023 competition after winning an extended semi final. They now go on to the regional finals later in the year!
